These Terms of Service ('Terms') govern your use of the Suksho mobile application ('App') provided by Kumo Labs Sdn. Bhd. ('we,' 'our,' or 'us'). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
1. Use of the App
- Suksho is a screenshot beautification tool for personal and professional use.
- You may not use the App for unlawful, abusive, or harmful purposes.
- You retain all rights to the screenshots and images you import into the App.
2. Free & Pro Features
- The App is free to download with limited features.
- Certain advanced features (high-resolution export, watermark removal, premium backgrounds, advanced shadows, unlimited exports) require a one-time Suksho Pro purchase.
- Pro is a lifetime entitlement linked to your Google Play and Apple ID account.
3. Purchases & Refunds
- Payments are processed through Google Play Billing and App Store.
- Refund requests must be handled via Google Play or Apple directly, subject to their policies. We do not issue direct refunds.
4. Intellectual Property
- All app code, designs, and assets (except your imported screenshots) are owned by Kumo Labs Sdn. Bhd.
- You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer the App.
5. Disclaimer of Warranty
- Suksho is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind.
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free operation, or that the App will meet your specific needs.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- We are not liable for any loss of data, damages, or issues arising from your use of the App.
- Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the App is to stop using it.
7. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be effective once posted on our website.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Malaysia, unless otherwise required by your local consumer protection laws.
